Fees at iCollege Barcelona

We are open to working with students, families and professional academies who value progressive international education.

Below is a breakdown of our fees and payment policies. We offer fair discounts and incentives where we can. If you have questions about our international school Barcelona fees or payment plans, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Enrollment fee

€1.999

The non-refundable one-time entrance fee secures your child’s place at iCollege Barcelona for the 2025/26 academic year. This fee is payable upon acceptance; no reimbursement will be made afterwards.

Yearly Tuition Fees

€16.999

There are no hidden costs, covering all the following for the 2025/26 academic year. A 10% Discount is available for payment in full before 1st July = €15.299. Please see the additional discounts below.

Discounts

We offer the following:

Full Payment Discount: 10% off tuition fees paid before July 1st.
Sibling Discounts: 50% off tuition fees for all additional siblings
Parent Referral Discount: €500 cashback from tuition fees (enquire for more info)

Payment Plans

One full tuition payment – Pro rata is applied if starting throughout the year.
Monthly payments – 10 equal payments – September to June.

Payment Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur with any international school Barcelona fees. We encourage open communication and working together to find solutions in such cases. However, families are referred to the Declaration they sign upon college enrollment. If agreements are unmet, the following steps will be taken to maintain transparency.

Monthly Payments: Fees are due by the 6th calendar day of each month.
30 Days Overdue: We will notify the responsible parent or guardian about the outstanding balance.
60 Days Overdue: A late fee of 20% will be applied to the outstanding balance.
Suspension: Students may be suspended from classes until exceptional payments are resolved.
Re-enrollment Restrictions: Students with unpaid balances at the end of the academic year may not be re-enrolled.
Legal Action: Unresolved debts may be referred to iCollege Barcelona’s legal counsel for further action.

Optional Costs

Some costs are optional and not included in the tuition and enrollment international school Barcelona fees and may include:

The optional study of five or more A Level or BTEC subject qualifications.
Optional English and extra tuition support where required.
Optional extracurricular excursions: prices will vary based on agreed activity.

Withdrawing a Student

iCollege Barcelona requires three months’ written notice if a student will no longer be attending. If less than three months’ notice is given, tuition for the entire notice period will still be charged.

Any unused months will be refunded for families who have made an advanced payment, provided the required three months’ notice is given. However, if the notice period is not met, the corresponding tuition fees will be deducted from any refund.
